Job summary

The role requires strong communication, organization, and willingness to work overtime as workload demands. Ideal candidates have grand format experience, MS Office fluency, and the ability to collaborate with vendors to optimize pricing and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive grand format background including substrates and processes.
• Must be available 8 hours per day with overtime as needed.
• Fluent in MS Office applications, email and the Internet.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Create grand format proposals for sales and CSR teams that are cost effective and profitable.
• Receive and understand requests from sales and CSR teams to properly specify substrates and processes.
• Research substrates, processes, outside vendors and steps to respond to customer requests.
• Assist grand format pre-production and production teams with understanding live projects from proposals.
• Work with sales and CSR teams to turn customer ideas into usable specifications for estimation and production.
• Coordinate with material suppliers and outside vendors to secure best pricing.
• Look for ways to gain production efficiency and communicate production information to the team.
• Maintain professional communication with others and keep workspace organized.
