Job summary

AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is seeking a Print & Bindery Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee multiple print projects, manage bindery operations, and coordinate production schedules across departments to meet deadlines.

Requires 5+ years in printing and at least 3 years in management, with strong people skills and meticulous attention to detail. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, vision, 401(k), and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Printing Industry.
• Minimum 3 years in Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Management of multiple projects simultaneously
• Full understanding of digital printing and bindery
• Maintaining and ordering supplies and stock for the print and bindery departments
• Plan and coordinate print production schedules
• Liaise among Pre-press, Press, Bindery, Quality, and other departments
• Provide creative solutions to production issues
• Be a team player to meet project demands and deadlines
• Responsible for monthly performance analysis
• Work in the digital print and bindery departments as needed
