AlphaGraphics US 219 seeks a Print & Bindery Production Manager to lead multi-project print operations on site in North Dallas. The role demands expertise in digital printing and bindery, and a strong focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality across departments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in printing and at least 3 years in management, with excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Printing Industry
• Minimum 3 years in Management
• Ability to work and interact with a variety of individuals
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven and multi project coordination environment

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fully understand digital printing and bindery processes
• Maintain and order supplies for print and bindery
• Plan and coordinate print production schedules
• Liaise among Pre-press, Press, Bindery, Quality, etc.
• Provide creative solutions to production issues
• Be a team player and meet project deadlines
• Analyze monthly performance metrics
• Assist in other print/bindery tasks as needed
