Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a highly technical Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center capacity—from site strategy through customer-ready compute and GPU capacity, operational handover, and production go-live.

This IC5-level leader owns the integrated delivery path across a complex portfolio of greenfield, expansion, and colocation programs.

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with senior construction program management.
• Experience driving large-scale data center construction programs.
• Ability to manage complex vendor and contract ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for construction of data centers by colocation providers.
• Direct the execution, commissioning, and handover of projects to production go-live.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation across programs and partners.
• Oversee contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling meets specs.
