Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced program leader to own end-to-end delivery of data center construction and network build projects. You will engage with design, engineering and operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with high quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and a proven ability to coordinate complex stakeholders across multiple sites, delivering strategic initiatives on the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead program end-to-end from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
• Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals.
• Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting.
• Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seamless handoff.
• Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: coordinate tenant fit out with overall project scope.
• Vendor Management: select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Budget Oversight: develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
• Stakeholder Communication: maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Quality Assurance: implement and oversee quality control processes.
• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality.
