Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 12+ years in construction project management or capital delivery.
• Experience leading large, multi-market capital programs.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery for Americas projects; planning to handover.
• Develop regional delivery strategy and multi-year capital plans.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks; provide exec-level reports.
• Coordinate internal and external teams across the Americas.
• Drive continuous improvement and align with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with RE&F IFM and external consultants to meet objectives.
