Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Program Manager to lead global data center delivery, overseeing planning, design coordination, vendor management, and risk mitigation. You will drive multi-site construction, tenant fit-out, LV integration, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strategic planning, deep technical understanding of data centers, and proven leadership to guide cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end leader of the program from shaping the approach to delivery outcomes.
• Develop and plan data center construction and network build projects.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams before contracting.
• Oversee all phases of data center construction projects, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out and LV integration with the overall project scope.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor financial constraints.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure construction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular project visits to monitor schedule and quality.
