Oracle is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects within the Global Program Controls organization in Nashville. The role demands accountability, autonomy, and collaboration with design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and network delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data center build/related programs.
• 4+ years in technical program management or similar roles.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Strong skills in schedules, risks, and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready.
• On-site in Nashville with up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and budgets.
• Oversee all build phases to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Develop long-term strategies to reduce complexity and speed delivery.
• Communicate status to stakeholders with regular updates.
• Utilize analytic methods and AI-enabled capabilities for pattern detection and forecasting.
