Job summary

Oracle's Global Program Controls is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end data center infrastructure projects in Nashville, TN. You will coordinate design, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with high quality.

You will apply risk management, project controls, and data-driven analytics to drive predictable delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting data center build, fitout, commissioning, readiness, construction, capital delivery, hyperscale cloud, colocation, or mission-critical facilities programs.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible technical program management, project management, program controls, business intelligence, analytics, or comparable experience in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex data and technical concepts in clear business language.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
• Oversee all phases of build to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and required quality.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies to reduce complexity and increase delivery speed.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders with regular status updates.
• Use analytical methods and AI-enabled capabilities to identify patterns and forecast instability, validating findings with owners before presenting conclusions.
