Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years in semiconductor/EDA/high-tech, incl. 6+ years in technical program/project management.
• Experience leading complex engineering programs from concept through delivery.
• Solid understanding of CAD/EDA tools, design flows, and development processes.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and engineering or automation applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CAD and AI programs with roadmaps, achievements, dependencies, resources, risks, governance, and delivery across multiple streams.
• Drive development, integration, migration, and adoption of CAD tools, design flows, EDA platforms, and infrastructure for memory technologies.
• Define and implement AI/ML-enabled CAD and design automation, incl. design-space exploration, predictive verification, layout optimization, generative AI copilots, automated debug.
• Establish program metrics and measure productivity, cycle-time, quality, cost, ROI; support responsible AI practices for data governance and security.
• Align CAD engineering, design, IT/HPC, data science, and vendors while driving change and adoption.
