• Drive development, integration, and adoption of CAD tools and design flows for memory technologies.
• Define and implement AI/ML-enabled CAD initiatives including design-space exploration and automated debugging.
• Establish program metrics to measure productivity, cycle-time, quality, and ROI with responsible AI practices.
• Align cross-functional teams and executive partners to drive adoption.
