Security Clearance

Clearance required: U.S. Government Secret clearance. Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Design creative and flexible hardware/software solutions with a motivated team of experts.
• Architect and implement software solutions including real‑time systems, data analytics, UI/UX design, instrument drivers, utilities, process automation, firmware for simulation and control, and SW/HW integration.
• Perform requirements verification and support investigation, resolution, and documentation of product anomalies.
• Apply Design‑to‑Cost principles throughout the development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience; master’s degree with 6 years of experience; or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile environments.
• Proficiency in C, C#, C++, and Python.
• Experience with software integration.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with PLC/HMI software (e.g., RS View, RS Logix 5000).
• Hardware driver development experience.
• FPGA programming experience.
• Firmware design experience (preferred).
• Experience with real‑time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience with LabWindows CVI or AMAX.
• Technical lead experience.
• Active Secret clearance.

Compensation & Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 – $184,200.00 (salary determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market conditions).
