Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal / Principal Technical Services Project Manager to lead and manage the Regional Strike Launcher Program Office from Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program protection and information handling, and guide customer engagements with a focus on ethics and integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, formal project management experience, and an interim US Government secret clearance to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, OR a Master's degree with 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Program/Project Management.
• Experience working with multiple functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, etc.).
• An interim US Government secret clearance is required to start.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project execution plan and coordinates activities between the customer, partners, and functional teams.
• Coordinate program protection, classified infrastructure, and program processes for handling classified information.
• Coordinate Customer and associated contractor information requests and technical information.
• Oversees performance of projects or engagements and typically utilizes management skills and technical skills.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
