Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with bachelor’s degree, 3 years with master’s, 1 year with PhD.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with reinvestigation within the last 6 years.
• Proven track record as primary liaison among business users and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business users and enterprise applications.
• Gather, translate, and prioritize business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Develop, maintain run-books, SOPs, and other guides for knowledge transfer.
