Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, acquisitions, and RDT&E.
• Proven aviation system design, development, integration, test and evaluation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leadership.
• Strong customer service skills across multiple disciplines and organizations.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical management for mission system applications.
• Facilitate and participate in engineering integration meetings and design reviews.
• Lead System Engineer Technical Engagement and Integrated Test Team activities.
• Act as Gatekeeper to on-aircraft engineering integration and test builds.
• Coordinate action items from reviews and schedule resources for test efforts.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings to senior technical and leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government and industry partners on joint mission capability development.
• Promote efficiency, agility, and traceability in fast-paced engineering environments.
