Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or government experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Analog and digital circuit design, component selection and derating.
• Signal integrity and EMI/EMC awareness and robust testing.
• Aviation system design, development, integration and test experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical management for mission system applications.
• Lead system engineering activities including requirements, architecture, integration, and verification.
• Support open architecture MBSE approaches and platform integration testing.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with U.S. Government and industry partners on mission capability development.
• Plan resources and report status; manage cross-discipline coordination.
