Job summary

MTSI seeks a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to provide technical and programmatic support for advanced weapon systems and sensor technologies at Hanscom AFB. Expect travel up to 25% with peak CONUS requirements; role requires collaboration across numerous program offices and leadership levels.

Qualified candidates have 12+ years in cross-functional programs, extensive DoD acquisition experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of cross-functional experience in an enterprise setting.
• Extensive acquisition experience for multi-SoS IT architectures and SoS matrices.
• Experience drafting SoS requirements and DAf Battle Network architecture.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and government approvals.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with SCI and SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support for DAF PEO C3BM Battle Network integration.
• Support acquisition interoperability strategies for complex multi-SoS IT architectures.
• Draft SoS requirements and develop DAF Battle Network architecture.
• Brief senior leaders and coordinate onboarding/offboarding of personnel.
