Job summary

MTSI seeks a Senior Systems Engineer at Hanscom AFB to provide technical and programmatic advisory support on advanced weapon systems, sensors, and processing technologies. You will collaborate across organizations to develop SoS architectures and Battle Network requirements, evaluating performance, interoperability, and mission effectiveness. Travel up to 25% for surge periods, with in-person attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required or eligible for SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support for integration planning and SoS implementation across DoD programs.
• Develop and maintain SoS matrices and conduct integrated performance assessments.
• Draft SoS requirements and Battle Network architecture for the Air Force DAf.
• Coordinate with program representatives to review acquisition documents and monitor execution and risks.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of personnel and communicate with leadership.
