Qualifications

• Strong experience in pharmaceutical clinical development and a regulatory environment.
• Expertise in statistical simulation; proficient in R and Python; experience with HPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the BDS Simulation Hub and set priorities.
• Develop and mentor the Simulation Hub team with clear roles.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify simulation needs early.
• Lead simulation and methodology work for complex questions.
• Ensure sound methodology, reproducible implementations, and clear interpretations.
• Develop reusable R and Python simulation code with proper docs and QA.
• Promote scalable computing, automated summaries, and interactive visuals.
• Communicate results to statisticians and non-statisticians.
• Represent BDS in Medicine-wide initiatives and external collaborations.
• Build global simulation capability through training and mentoring.
