Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim invites an IT Lead Business Consultant to partner with Pharma Commercial and Clinical teams at our Ridgefield, CT campus. You will translate business priorities into data analytics solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and define requirements across data products and platforms.

We seek someone with 5–10 years IT/business experience in pharma, strong consulting, and data management skills, and the ability to drive value realization through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Masters' degree (or equivalent); progressive IT and business experience of five to ten years preferred.
• Must have pharma/healthcare experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic analytics partner to translate business objectives into high-value data opportunities.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand priorities, pain points, decisions, and outcomes.
• Lead workshops to define reporting, analytics, and data product opportunities across commercial functions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and traceability from BRD/FRD through delivery.
