Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Colorado Springs seeks a software test analyst for the C2BMC program. You will analyze test data to verify system design and support the software team in validating requirements, across multiple test environments in an Agile setting.

The role requires a current Secret clearance, strong communication skills, and experience with automated testing and test planning. Occasional travel to Huntsville, AL may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Physics or related field with 8 years of experience; or Master’s with 6 years; or 12 years experience as an alternative.
• Active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Occasional travel between Colorado Springs facilities and Huntsville, AL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead a small technical team.
• Experience with automated testing for requirement verification and validation.
• Exposure to Java, C#, and related technologies.
• Experience testing and verifying requirements in software applications/systems.
• Ability to analyze data to provide evidence or identify inefficiencies.
• Develop action plans based on data analysis and document software deficiency reports.
• Present analysis results in slides or test reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test data to verify system design across Agile environments.
• Serve as central technical point of contact for application testing within the Enterprise Services Team.
