Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Sr Principal Software Quality Analyst to lead standards for software quality and ensure compliance with program requirements. You will document work, conduct RCCA, support audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining on-site presence for travel up to 10%.

The role requires a Secret DoD clearance and a related degree with extensive experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience in engineering, production, mission assurance or quality assurance.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience in engineering, production, mission assurance or quality assurance.
• Ability to read contractual standards, program plans, statements of work, and requirements.
• Experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 industry standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work on-site in Huntsville, AL.
• Active Secret DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software quality operating methods, processes, systems and procedures.
• Thoroughly documents all work and ensures measures meet reliability standards.
• Develops operating criteria to implement software quality programs per project and contract requirements.
• Leads RCCA lifecycle, monitors corrective actions, and reports to stakeholders.
• Supports internal and external audits and completes reports.
• Interprets contractual standards and program plans to ensure compliance.
