Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience, or Masters with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Experience in developing and implementing Software Quality Assurance plans.
• Experience in developing and using metrics for process health and performance monitoring.
• Experience with prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience acting as liaison between local personnel, suppliers, and customers.
• Experience in evaluation, tracing, and analysis of requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, create Jira dashboard tools to monitor progress and efficiency.
• Understand process health, progress and stability metrics when required.
• Become fluent in Jira, Confluence, Jazz, DOORS or others as needed.
• Advocate for Mission Assurance and articulate our Value Proposition to stakeholders.
• Ensure GBSD software complies with industry guidelines and contractual requirements.
