Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing workflows, finance support, or contract administration.
• Knowledge of enterprise purchasing and requisition systems (SC360, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle iProcurement or similar).
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience managing and tracking different software licenses (subscription, perpetual, enterprise).
• Attention to detail with accurate data entry, documentation, and tracking abilities.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills; ability to manage multiple actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine procurement and administrative processes to optimize program operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Interpret contract requirements, federal regulations, and policies to guide purchasing actions.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategy, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Shape procurement workflows and documentation standards; track, report, and ensure compliance.
• Process procurement actions in SC360 with correct financial coding and data flow.
• Manage procurement requests including AIRs, BOMs, PRs, and POs.
• Support software asset lifecycle: acquisition, deployment, usage tracking, renewals, disposition.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and program management on cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and federal stakeholders to align purchases with contract scope and timelines.
• Maintain communication among vendors and internal teams for smooth contract execution.
• Organize procurement documentation across Confluence, SharePoint, and internal trackers.
• Update Confluence docs related to workflows, training, reports, and licensing.
• Provide admin support to RADS leadership including meeting logistics and reporting.
• Assist onboarding and SOP updates to improve workflows.
