Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years software engineering experience with modern .NET stacks and cloud services.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL; knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and React is beneficial.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and microservices.
• Strong Agile experience and ability to lead cross-functional ceremonies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers to produce extensible, maintainable code used across products.
• Serve as SME and lead on-call to monitor degradation and outages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and plan releases.
• Document system designs and architecture for transparency.
• Lead by example in adopting best practices and continuous improvement.
