Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years software engineering experience
• Proficiency in C# and SQL; knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML5, React beneficial
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework; Microservices; REST APIs
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps & Git; Azure CI/CD Pipelines; T-SQL; relational DB design

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and mentors others to produce extensible and maintainable code across products
• Acts as DRI, mentoring engineers and monitoring systems for degradation and downtime
• Provides SME guidance and builds knowledge within engineering teams
• Fosters inclusive culture through team discourse and mentorship of junior members
• Partners with cross-functional teams to drive requirements, roadmaps and releases
• Documents system designs, processes, and architecture for transparency
• Drives continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across the team
• Demonstrates EI, adaptability, effective communication, and empowerment of team members
