Job summary

Lowe’s Commerce Solutions (LCS) seeks a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to shape solutions from the first customer conversation through delivery. The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and data to drive impactful retail technology.

You will guide technical direction, work with customers, product teams, and engineers, and mentor staff while delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software across cloud and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 7 years of software development experience.
• 6 years in frontend technologies, middleware, databases, and DevOps.
• 6 years with iterative Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical problems across multiple applications and layers.
• Lead development of integrated enterprise applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and services.
• Guide architectural standards and frameworks across teams.
• Drive reliability, observability, and production readiness of solutions.
• Mentor engineers and lead design discussions to raise engineering quality.
