Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build enterprise retail tech across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable software while focusing on performance and security.

You will mentor peers, contribute to onboarding, and help shape technical decisions while maintaining high quality and observability across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development.
• 4 years in frontend, middleware, database, or DevOps.
• 4 years of experience with SDLC through iterative agile development.

Responsibilities

• Shape and guide cross-functional architecture decisions with Product Management.
• Independently write high-quality, maintainable code with tests and observability.
• Mentor engineers and align teams with architecture blueprint and standards.
• Create onboarding docs, root-cause analyses, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Automate and streamline development, tests, and operations processes.
• Evaluate modern tools and technologies to provide objective recommendations.
