Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years software engineering experience including but not limited to the technologies listed.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL; knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, React is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers to produce extensible and maintainable code.
• Mentor teams, participate in on-call to monitor systems for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
• Act as SME for solutions in the Alex Lee software portfolio and share knowledge across engineering teams.
• Lead team discourse, mentor junior members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Schedule and participate in code reviews to maximize quality, security and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and propose robust solutions; influence process improvements.
