Job summary

Alex Lee is seeking a Senior Principal Software Engineer to drive innovation, mentor engineers, and lead by example in delivering scalable, reliable software. The role emphasizes EI, adaptability, and effective communication to foster an inclusive engineering culture.

You will collaborate across teams to shape technical roadmaps, implement best practices, and ensure high availability and performance of products. Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure DevOps, and microservices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL; familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and React.
• Experience with .NET Core 3+ and transitioning to latest .NET Frameworks.
• Strong Agile experience and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and lead by example to produce extensible, maintainable code.
• On-call monitoring for degradation, downtime, or interruptions as DRI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project plans and roadmaps.
• Document system designs, processes, and architecture for transparency.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
• Lead technical projects and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
