Job summary

Alex Lee is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance across products. You will lead by example, drive maintainable code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software.

You will lead on-call monitoring, design reviews, and process improvements while shaping the technical roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years software engineering experience with C#, SQL, and modern .NET stacks.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL; knowledge of Javascript/HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, microservices, REST APIs, and full-stack apps.
• Strong Agile experience and leading ceremonies; able to mentor juniors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers to produce extensible, maintainable code.
• Act as DRI, monitoring system health and responding to issues.
• Mentor teams and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
