Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive software development experience with leadership in a principal/lead role.
• Proven ability to design and build large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in multiple modern languages (Java, C#, Python, Go, Node.js).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure software systems.
• Drive technical vision and strategy for key product areas.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance development processes and product capabilities.
