Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute across the full software lifecycle and integrate software with hardware in a government-focused environment.

You will work on sustainment of critical ICBM software, define automated tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. CSC clearance anticipated; relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor–level degree with 8 years of related experience or higher degree with adjusted experience.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript and Python.
• Full stack development experience.
• Experience with SQL and data querying.
• Hardware–software integration experience.
• DoD Secret clearance possible; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements to delivery.
• Deploy and monitor software in production; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain software and interfaces per MIL-STD-31000C and related standards.
• Develop mission critical software for a government customer.
• Define and implement automated test strategies (unit/integration/ regression).
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Integrate software with hardware components in a complex environment.
