You will lead design, development, and reliability initiatives, mentoring engineers and shaping engineering ceremonies in an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering or site reliability engineering experience.
• Experience with Java or React development, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience developing React (TypeScript) front-end applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides full-stack Java design and development for projects involving application development and cloud-native infra.
• Develops front-end applications using React (TypeScript) in collaboration with a UX team.
• Designs and develops APIs to support front-end functionality and partner integrations.
• Implements GitOps practices using ArgoCD for infrastructure as code.
• Designs and develops monitoring and observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry.
• Manages service mesh technologies like Istio and Kiali for traffic management and observability.
• Uses Crossplane for managing cloud infrastructure via Kubernetes.
• Participates in SDLC ceremonies and determines technical requirements.
• Writes technical specifications from design and business requirements.
• Develops and reviews test protocols emphasizing automated tests.
• Troubleshoots operational failures in test and production environments.
• Mentors less experienced engineers in software and reliability.
