Qualifications

• 8+ years in architecture, design and development of large-scale apps.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years with Go and Java.
• 5+ years with Pulsar or NATS and similar tech.
• 5+ years cloud-based product development and microservices.
• 5+ years SDLC and agile methods; developer mindset.
• 4+ years with Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Keda.
• 5+ years AWS and other providers (GCP, Azure).
• Strong cloud architecture, multi-tenant/multi-cloud experience.
• 4+ years DevOps tools and CI/CD; 4+ years PostgreSQL.
• Experience with monitoring (DataDog, Grafana) and AI tooling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and guide CRTS engineering teams.
