Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Experience in financial services domain preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development, testing, and debugging of major software enhancements.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor junior and senior staff and participate in agile processes.
• Ensure high-quality software through unit and automation tests.
