Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience.
• Proficiency delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling agentic AI-enabled development patterns across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advises and leads strategy and development across a portfolio of products and technologies.
• Creates novel code solutions and drives new production code capabilities across teams.
• Sets strategy for AI-enabled engineering with governance for validation, security, and reuse.
