Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration in Huntsville, AL seeks a Sr. Principal Software Development Analyst – TS Analyst Lead to join our team. This role supports high-security national defense programs and requires an active DoD Secret clearance.

You will coordinate Track Server analysis, perform data-driven investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for senior stakeholders. On-site work only; relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with required experience or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application is required.
• Experience producing analytical reports on complex systems and algorithms.
• Proficiency with MATLAB or Python for prototyping and data work.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and Linux command-line tools for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Track Server analysis and behavior for stakeholders and within the team.
• Perform analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and behavior assessments of Track Server software.
• Use automated tools and manual techniques to analyze software capabilities in an integrated environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical approaches and deliver insights.
