Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation seeking a Senior Principal Scientist for on-site work in Lenexa, KS. Qualifications

• Read, write and speak fluent English.
• Proven Spectral Flow Cytometry experience.
• 10-15 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• MS or PhD with applicable research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead method development and validation for flow cytometry testing of preclinical and clinical specimens.
• Oversee transfer of robust flow cytometry methods for bioanalytical testing.
• Mentor junior scientists and review data for senior management.
• Communicate project status with clients and team members.
• Provide scientific input to management and business development.
