Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Global Real-World Evidence, Immunology, located in Raritan, NJ. You will support development and execution of global RWE strategies and high-priority evidence-generation programs across the Immunology portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will translate asset- and disease-area priorities into timely high-quality RWE studies, supporting market shaping, medical adoption, and evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics and outcomes research, public health, biostatistics, health policy or related field.
• PhD preferred; minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with real-world evidence and outcomes research.
• Experience with observational studies, protocol development, analytic planning and dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated evidence plans and roadmaps for disease areas and assets.
• Drive high-quality execution of priority RWE studies with scientific rigor and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, vendors, and GRWE Analytic Hub to translate concepts into deliverables.
• Provide methodological input on study design, bias mitigation, and data interpretation.
• Support governance, resource planning, and cross-functional decision-making.
