Job summary

Secure Work Enablement (SWE) is seeking a Senior Principal Scientist to lead applied AI research across multiple domains, shaping the future of enterprise AI at scale. You will translate business needs into tangible AI systems, collaborate with scientists and engineers, and drive innovation in secure, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will work with teams across SWE to advance LLM/GenAI capabilities, pursue privacy-preserving ML, and mentor senior researchers while aligning projects with customer

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer science/Math or related field.
• Experience building real-time systems with Agentic AI, Personalization and Reinforcement Learning.
• CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and complexity.
• Develop ML platform strategy for recommender systems.
• Publications advancing applied science.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI research and development initiatives across SWE.
• Translate business needs into concrete deliverables with scientists and engineers.
• Invent product experiences enabling teams and agents to collaborate.
• Define long-term science vision and actionable plans for the team.
• Mentor senior scientists and engineers and collaborate with academic partners.
