SEI is seeking a Lead Data Scientist, Generative AI & Intelligent Systems to shape the company's AI strategy and deliver scalable, governance-rich AI solutions. You will lead enterprise copilots, RAG platforms, AI agents, and knowledge management initiatives across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in AI-related fields.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions and ML systems.
• Deep expertise with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive SEI’s AI strategy across ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation.
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions including copilots, chatbots, and knowledge systems.
• Architect AI systems with LLMs, knowledge bases, APIs, and business workflows.
• Establish governance, safety, observability, and MLOps practices across the organization.
• Mentor data scientists and AI engineers; communicate strategy to executives.
