Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division seeks a Lead scientific and technical expert in Real-World Evidence (RWE) to oversee RWE projects, develop methodologies, and mentor team members.

You will lead end-to-end RWE studies, design analytic plans, create tools to streamline delivery, mitigate bias in external control studies, and collaborate with therapy area scientists to inform regulatory interactions with real-world data sources such as EHRs and claims databases.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in epidemiology or biostatistics required.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in biopharma or healthcare data analytics.
• Expert coding skills in R, Python, or SAS.
• Extensive experience with real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registries).
• Proficiency in statistical bias mitigation techniques.
