Prellis Biologics is seeking a Senior/Principal Scientist in Antibody Protein Engineering to drive late‑stage design and optimization, maturing hits into development‑ready leads. You will build an integrated wet‑lab and computational platform, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to advance candidates toward clinical development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Protein Engineering, or related field with equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on biologics reformatting across multiple formats (scFv, scFv-Fc, Fab, Fc fusions, VHH, etc.).
• Experience optimizing antibody lead candidates (affinity, developability, Fc properties).
• Hands-on experience with biologics screening using high‑content imaging and flow-based platforms.
• Computational fluency with structural tools and at least one protein language model.

• Lead late‑stage antibody design and optimization to advance lead candidates toward development.
• Build and integrate wet‑lab + computational engineering platform for biologics
• Design and execute screening campaigns and library construction; translate workflows to automation
