Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior leader to drive Agile delivery and enterprise Art-Scale transformation in the Washington, DC metro area. The role focuses on shaping the ART strategy, governance, and enterprise risk management while mentoring RTEs and Agile leaders.

The position requires extensive experience with SAFe, executive stakeholder engagement, and a track record of transforming large organizations through Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical experience in Agile delivery and leadership.
• Recognized expert in ART frameworks and transformation.
• Published thought leader or speaker in Agile forums.
• Experience influencing enterprise strategy.
• Visionary leadership in Agile strategy.
• Expert in Agile innovation and enterprise transformation.
• Strong influence across executive and industry levels.
• SAFe RTE, Leading SAFE, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant Certifications.

• CSPO, PMI, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, CSPO or other advanced Agile Certification
