Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an accomplished Agile leader to shape the enterprise ART strategy and mentor executive leaders. The role drives Agile transformation at scale across departments, representing the organization in industry forums and Agile communities.

You will mentor RTEs and Agile leaders, influence investment decisions in Agile tools, and push for innovative methodologies across the organization. Strong track record required.

• Mentor other RTEs and Agile leaders
• Influence investment decisions in Agile tools and practices
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Agile methodologies
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical experience in Agile delivery and leadership
• Recognized expert in ART frameworks and transformation
• Published thought leader or speaker in Agile forums
• Experience influencing enterprise strategy
• Visionary leadership in Agile strategy
• Expert in Agile innovation and enterprise transformation
• Strong influence across executive and industry levels
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• SAFe RTE, Leading SAFE, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant Certifications

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• CSPO, PMI, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, CSPO or other advanced Agile Certification
