The role requires 7+ years of experience in quantitative science, a PhD or MSc, and strong programming in R, Python, and SQL. On-site presence three days per week is expected in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or MSc in quantitative science (e.g., pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology, RWD biostatistics).
• 7+ years of directly related experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Strong track record using real-world data to support regulatory submissions.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL or equivalent.
• Experience leading external collaborations with KOLs, academia, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RWD studies using healthcare databases (EHR, claims, omics).
• Develop study protocols and independently lead complex analyses to support RWD needs across therapeutic areas.
• Ensure RWE design and execution meet high scientific/methodological standards.
• Act as go-to RWD leader, aligning with Product Leads, Medical Affairs, and regulatory teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote best practices in RWD and epidemiology.
