Roche Diagnostics is expanding its RIS team in Indianapolis, seeking a Senior Principal Quantitative Scientist to lead Real-World Data studies and evidence generation for digital health and IVD portfolios. This on-site role requires driving high-impact analyses that influence regulatory and reimbursement strategies.

You will mentor peers, work with cross-functional teams, and apply advanced epidemiology and causal inference methods to diverse data sources, including EHRs, claims and omics data.

Competenze

• PhD preferred or Master's in a quantitative science field such as Pharmacoepidemiology, Epidemiology, RWD Biostatistics, Pharmacoeconomics, Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
• 7+ years of directly related industry experience with independent scientific leadership.
• Strong track record applying RWD to regulatory submissions and complex analyses.

Mansioni

• Drive design, execution, and reporting of complex Real-World Data studies across therapeutic areas.
• Lead RWD study protocols and analyses to support regulatory, market access, and digital health needs.
• Ensure RWE delivery meets high scientific and methodological standards.
