Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal or Sr Principal Project Management professional to lead training and development for program managers. You will plan and deliver curriculum, coordinate SMEs, and work with sector PM and functional teams to meet development needs.

The role requires strong communication, curriculum development experience, and collaboration across teams to ensure effective training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house Program Management training programs.
• Develops training materials, content, and aids; coordinates evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Facilitates training sessions and revises lesson plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Oversees project operations, reviews status and budgets, and prepares training status reports.
