Qualifications

• Principal Project Management: 5 Years experience with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Sr Principal Project Management: 8 Years experience with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of the following: Developing Statement of Work (SOW) and SDRL packages; Developing, Implementing and Updates on Project Schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and acts as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Control Account management responsibilities, inclusive of: IMS and task management, Cost accounting and control, EAC management, Jira stories management, SDRL, internal tools, BOEs, Risk Management, and Variance Analysis Reporting. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
